Team Coaching

Overview

Team Coaching offers a dedicated space and process for collective development within teams, essential for achieving broader organizational outcomes. By focusing on collective effectiveness, this approach enables teams to harness their combined potential, enabling them to address complex challenges and achieve results that surpass individual contributions.

With 1-2 experienced coaches guiding the process over a span of 12 to 18 months, teams develop awareness of their collective strengths and growth opportunities, deciding in real-time where to concentrate their efforts to enhance effectiveness. This could involve aligning on shared goals, improving decision-making, refining dynamics, enhancing collective performance, nurturing stakeholder relationships or boosting learning and adaptability.

Our team employs a systemic approach, drawing on the frameworks established by Peter Hawkins (Systemic Team Coaching), ORSC (Organizational Relational Systems) and Systemic Intelligence & Organizational Constellations.

When to Use Team Coaching?

Team coaching is particularly beneficial in scenarios where a team's effectiveness, alignment, or adaptability has a direct impact on overall organizational success. This approach transcends conventional team-building methods by fostering a developmental journey over time and treating the team as a dynamic system within its environment, addressing both internal and external factors that influence performance and success.

When does Team Coaching help?

  • When collaboration is critical for organizational performance, and breaking down silos is essential for well-being and sustainability.

  • To unlock collective potential in navigating complex challenges.

  • When alignment around a joint mission and roles is needed, reducing the focus on separate objectives.

  • To enhance alignment, execution, team dynamics, or renewal for overall success.
