  • She lives in Lisbon with her husband and has three adult children living in different parts of Europe. She enjoys hiking in the mountains, running in the plains, and learning and inventing new dishes.

    She loves reading almost all types of books (classics, crime, fantasy, fiction, and science) and listening to all kinds of podcasts. She thrives on good discussions and loves to dance, with friends or alone, until she can't anymore.

  • She was born in Castelo de Paiva (Aveiro), where she has her roots and the happiest childhood memories of climbing trees and playing barefoot and free on her grandfather's land. She grew up in Lisbon, is the middle sibling, which has shaped her outlook on life.

    She enjoys building bridges and can see the positive side of every perspective. She lived in Angola for 5 years, an experience that deeply marked her. She had her first child - Pedro - at 43 years old, and being a mother is currently her greatest challenge.

    She expresses her creativity through watercolor painting and feels happiest in the summer.

  • She is the youngest of five siblings who continue to have laughter at the center of their encounters. She loves learning, either taking courses, reading books or talking to other people, perhaps because her mother used to tell her “knowledge takes no place”.

    What she loves most about her work is the chance to help people and teams live happier professional lives and channel their energy into what really matters.

    She enjoys walking, dancing and traveling, with Iceland being her favorite destination.

    She lives with her husband, either in their house in a village near Torres Vedras or in a small farm near Fundão. She has 4 nephews and 4 great-nephews and a deep hope that they will live in a happy world.
