We were engaged midway through a comprehensive 3-year turnaround and modernization plan, which necessitated enhanced cooperation and synergy across international operations. The Corporate HR Director sought our assistance in developing the capabilities of 70 managers in Portugal to facilitate dialogues that fostered their own growth as well as that of their teams, peers and supervisors.
